Challenges in this competition are not complicated because it only requires contestants to have good resistance. Their mission is to slap the opponent’s cheek in turn until one of them quits the game or gets knocked out. In case three rounds end and the final winner isn’t determined yet, organizers will give the final result based on contestants’ strength and skills. A proper slap is only made from fingers to the upper part of the palm, and the slap position doesn’t lie on sensitive parts including temporal, eyes, and ears.

While other fighting sports like boxing require players to avoid attacks, the new-generation sports wants contestants to feel the hitting force in the most real way. Two people stand in front of each other with a high box between them that aims to help them get the balance back after each slap.

The First Champion Of The “Slapping Championship” Competition

Vasily Kamotsky, a farmer at the age of 28 in Siberia, became the first champion of this weird competition. He reportedly came to Krasnoyarsk to watch the Siberian Power Show and participate in a hamburger eating contest. However, he got lost and missed the contest. He took part in the “Slapping Championship” as being invited by his friends.

Power shows like the "Slapping Championship" must be created for those like Vasily. It takes as no surprise that he becomes a champion!

Although Vasily made a light slap on his opponents, he knocked out two people in an eye blink. He said that this competition was just a piece of cake and he had tried to control his strength so that his opponents couldn’t get hurt.

After the YouTube video of Vasily knocking out one opponent hit 19M views, the farmer has become famous and got lots of invitations to TV Shows. However, he still works as a normal farmer.

On December 09 last year, Vasily came to Moscow to take part in another slapping competition. This time, the luck didn't smile at him. The well-known farmer got a terribly strong slap from one big bold opponent, and finally, he was immediately taken to the hospital. The slapping championship competition is not for anyone with heart attacks. Poor Vasily!!!
